Honor societies welcome new members

Program sponsors, Jessica Otte of National Technical Honor Society and Melissa Avery of National Honor Society, hosted the annual Induction Ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 7th. Officers for the programs include NTHS President Caraline Otte, Vice President Laci Hackett, Secretary Brianna Crawford, Treasurer Kristian Harris, Historian Lacy Robertson, and Sergeant at Arms Ruby Sandoval. NHS officers are President Laci Hackett, Vice President Ruby Sandoval, Secretary Lacy Robertson, Historian Brianna Crawford, and Treasurer Kristian Harris. Taking place in the Terri Procell Bowen Auditorium, the societies welcomed 70 new students as new members.
“I am so thankful for the officers who helped with the induction ceremony,” Otte said. “I’m very proud of all of the juniors and seniors who were inducted into NTHS.”
NTHS and NHS inductees include juniors Hatseva Argote, Isaiah Ates, Ella Bagwell, Madison Bradshaw, Victoria Combest, Hillary Crist, Nicholas Duran, Karli Finch, Analise Flores, Giselle Galarza, Lizett Garza, Kameron Griffin, Stephanie Hernandez, Nataly Ibarra, Keely Jacobs, Keziah Grace Knight, Blaine Laughlin, Jaqueline Lugo, Andrew Luna, Akayla Manning, Avril Munoz, Andrea Ortega, McKenzie Peery, Jenny Ramirez, Edith Reyes Blas, Megan Rhea, Jared Sanchez, Ayden Sayre, Savannah Solis, Juan Torrescano, Keilan Tuck, Briana Valencia, Ruben Velasco Jr, Carlie Williams, Wesley Wilt, and Alexis Young as well as seniors Lavon Boswell, Daniel Cabrera, Valeria Campos, Angel Cerda, Jose Juan Cerda, William Chetlin, Skye Coleman, Khaiya Drawhorn, Kinsey Durham, Dariyan Ford, Bradley Forster, Alexyah Garcia, Sean Gentry, Kylei Griffin, Gisselle Hernandez, Xochitl Hernandez, Lucas Mahoney, Treasure Massenburge, Gaby Martinez, Alissandra Mendoza, Francis Morell, Danna Moreno, Caraline Otte, Lynnde Reyes, Jesus Perez, Yeini Rivera Perez, Alyssa Saucedo, Erika Valdez, Yessenia Valdez, Kevin Vazquez, JaTavion Watson, and Brady Welch.
