Novice Culinary Art students have been learning, hands on, for weeks under the direction of Leslie Rasco.  The program has successfully prepared students to create high quality products.  Students are now offering full-meal catering and bistro food items in their cafe.  The Cafe On The Hill prepares cappuccinos, ice coffees, pastries, and breakfast sandwhiches each morning.  They also sell chef salads and a variety of bottled drinks for lunch. See the CTE page on the high school website for upcoming menu items for purchase: www.chapelhillisd.org/domain/1013
