The Region 21 UIL Marching Contest was held at Carthage High School on Wednesday, Nov. 18th.

The band earned a 1st Division rating with a one, a one, and a two under Band Director Joseph Hewitt.

“I felt relived at the end I felt a weight lifted off of my shoulders”, said tuba player Allan Mondragon. “It was the weight of the thought of us getting a two after last year, but now I see that our band can fight through whatever is thrown at us”.

The Bulldog Band will compete at Solo and Ensemble in the spring
