The TSA Regional competition was held in Longview Feb. 25-26th. Out of the 16 students entered by CTE teacher and Technology Students Association sponsor Benjamin Dieter, 13 advanced to the State level.

Cristian Oviedo advanced in the Technology Bowl. Angelina Acosta advanced in the Architectural Design Model Building and Technology Bowl. Isaac Frayre advanced in the Written Test and Technology Bowl. Keilah Knight advanced in the Architectural Design Model Building. Ryan Elliott and Jesse Zavala advanced in the Architectural Design Model Building Stadium. Madison Clark advanced in the Architectural Design Model Building Duplex. Alexia Morales advanced in the Architectural Design Model Building Duplex and Catapult. Jeffrey Reazin advanced in the Catapult. John Troxell and Israel Galindo advanced in the Architectural Design Model Building Townhouse. Manuel Greenlee and Trey Hudson advanced in the Technology Problem Solving and Robotics

“The kids worked hard and it paid off since most of them made it to State,” said Dieter. “I am looking forward to seeing them perform at the next level.”

The TSA State competition will be held on April 16-18 in Fort Worth, Texas.
