The Regional Track Meet was held April 27th at the Texas A&M Commerce campus. Athletes competed under the coaching of Head Boys Track Coach, Ryan Hood. In the 4×400 relay David Harris, Arsheal Ates, Robbie Williams, and Brett Scroggins placed 3rd in the Region with a season best time of 3:24.5 .

“Although our team did not advance to the State track meet at UT Austin, I’m proud we were able to improve our speed with each meet we ran throughout the season.” said Harris. “We finished with a Top Ten 4×400 meter relay time in the entire state in any division.”

In addition, Ates also placed 4th in the Open 400 Meter with a season best time of 50.04 .
