TSA students advance to State

TSA students competed in Regionals at Carthage Highscool on March 19th and 20th. TSA Game Design teacher, Mark Kennedy instructed Dylan Mathis and Haden Saenz who competed in Video Game DesignTSA Director, Benjamin Dieter instructed Kate Harris and Caleb Otte who competed in Problem Solving. Tyler Autin competed in 3d printed chess board. Jacob Gaddis and Tyler Autin competed in structural design build and break. Martin Mondragon competed in engineering drawings. Kate Harris, MaKayla Clements, and Lizbeth Anchondo competed in Tech Bowl. Elrick Bignell competed in written technology exam and onsight engineering. Lizbeth Anchondo, Adely Zavala, and Justin Herod competed in residential construction.

“All of the students worked hard and deserve congratulations”, said Dieter.

Mathis, Saenz, Harris, Autin, Gaddis, Mondragon, Clements, Anchondo, and Bignell all advanced to State

“I’m very excited to advance to State with my team”, said Clements. “It was a really good collaborative effort and we had fun while competing”.

Students who advanced will compete at State, April 15-17, in Fort Worth.
