The Bass club traveled to Lake Fork November 18th to compete in their third tournament this season. Even in the low temperatures and 40 mile per hour windy conditions, two teams placed.

Out of 130 teams, Glenn Smith and Max Richardson caught their 5 five fish limit and placed 7th, winning new fishing rods. Brady Johnston and Derick Beard caught their 5 fish limit, as well, and placed 22nd, winning Academy gift cards.

“I am so proud of these guys because it was a very treacherous day for fishing,” said sponsor Joy Johnston. “They toughed it out and did really well.”

Their next tournament will not be until February, 2018 at Lake Of The Pines.
