TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) students visited UT Tyler on October 27, to view the education department for their Ready Set Teach.

“It was great to see lifestyles of students as well as the education program. I felt I gained a positive insight into the financial aid aspect for my own personal benefit”, said junior Joseph Marinez.

TAFE students will attend the Regional Competition at Palestine High School in hopes of advancing to compete at the state level in February.
