The Regional Competition for the Texas Association of Future Educators was held at Palestine High School on Saturday, Dec. 2nd where 21 Chapel Hill members advanced to compete at the State level February 14- 18 at Sam Houston State University.

The competitors were Joseph Marinez, Haliegh Sanders, Summer Lewis, Grace Carnes, Armando Sanchez, Roni Railsback, Karissa Gibson, Kendale Johnson, Qwatajah Demus, N’Kima Browning, Neymi Espinoza, Clarrisa Young, Tatyana Webb, Anna Nguyen, Jaysia Maples, Dora Moreno, Stacey Leon, Alexis Wells, Carsen Railsback, Maria Aparicio, and Natalie Martinez.

The projects included Interactive Bulletin Boards, Lesson Plan and Delivery, Researching Learning Challenges, Bilingual Storybook, Community Service, Leadership, Teaching, Recreation, Educational Awareness, Impromptu Speaking, and Impromptu Teaching.
