Senior Jordan Williams is a two year varsity football letterman. He was second team all district inside line-backer in 2016 as well as a defensive leader for the football team this year. This year Williams ended up with 71 total tackles; 1 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, 1 caused fumble, 1 QB knockdown, and 1 QB pressures.
“Jordan has been one of my all time favorite players to coach,” said head football coach Thomas Sitton. “He is loved by all of his coaches, teachers, and teammates. Jordan will be very successful at the next level because of his outstanding work ethic and character.”
This fall Williams will be attending Texas Lutheran University Bulldogs in Seguin, Texas; which is a member of the southern collegiate athletic conference. He will be playing for head coach Carl Gustafson. Williams will be majoring in kinesiology at TLU and wants to be a coach someday.
“I feel amazing,” said Williams. “My dreams are coming true and I’m looking forward to the future.”
