The culinary management team competed at Round Rock in the “Pro Start Competition” Saturday and Sunday.

Alexis Kuykendall, Payton Wages, Dominique Adams, Serenity Johnson, and Victoria Bell were among the students that attended in the competition. They created an original restaurant concept and pitched it to the judges.

They competed along with 11 other schools of all sizes. The Pro Start team placed 5th and advanced to the State competition.

Students will travel to San Antonio in March under the direction of Culinary teacher and sponsor, Leslie Rasco.
