Students attend 3rd Annual College Fair

On November 8th, Chapel Hill hosted their 3rd Annual College Fair. This is a time sophomores, juniors, and seniors were allowed to walk through stands filled with various potential colleges.
“I thought it was a great opportunity for the students,” said counselor Brad Hickman. “They got the chance to dress professionally and explore several different colleges.”
Colleges that attended are: Abilene Christian University, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Baylor University, Centenary College of Louisiana, Colorado Christian University, Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M, Dallas Christian Colleges, East Texas Baptist University, Hardin-Simmons University, Henderson State University, Kilgore College, Letourneau University, Louisiana State University of Alexandria, Louisiana Tech University, Lyon College, New Mexico Military Institute, Northeast Texas Community College, Ouachita Baptist University, Sam Houston State University, Santa Fe University of Art and Design, Southern Arkansas University, Southern Methodist University, Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Stephen F. Austin, Texas A&M University, Texas A&M University-Commerce, Texas State University, Texas Tech University, Texas Women’s University, The Art Institute of Dallas, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, The University of Texas at Arlington, Tyler Junior College, University of Arkansas, University of Houston, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, University of North Texas, University of North Texas at Dallas, University of Texas at Austin, University of Texas at Tyler.
“I was anxious at first,” stated junior participant Mirna Zolorzano. “However, the college representatives made it easy for me to understand.” Zolorzano plans to attend Tarleton University to get her pre-veterinarian, then transfer to Texas A&M.
