The Cross Country team competed in the Gilmer meet Saturday, October 1st. The boys team of Joseph Miller, Gadiel Leon, Armondo Sanchez, Jorge Gonzalez, Garrett Herring and Trenton Granberry finished 11th out of 31 teams. Miller medalled  10th out of 166 runners.

The Girls Varsity team includes Desiree Tillman, Dora Moreno, Karen Alvarado, Haydee Gutierrez, and Calyn Mooney who finished 17th out of 32 teams. The JV girls team, Kassidy Mumphrey, Jailen Perez, Jaylen Perez, Stacy Leon, and Cheyli Perez finished 6th out of 17 teams. Mumphrey medalled 10th out of 76 runners.

The cross country teams will run again Thursday at the Lindale XC meet.
