This past Saturday, the Chapel Hill Band performed at the Region 21 UIL Marching Contest in Stephen F. Austin State University. The Chapel Hill Band brought home their 5th consecutive Division 1 rating from the judges.

The band has been invited to the  NAMMB (National Association of Military Marching Bands) contest which is the “next level” of marching contests.  Not only will they be getting a rating from 5 judges, they will be ranked with all the other 4A bands that will attend the contest.  This is an opportunity for our kids to get ranked and see what is out there besides our UIL contest.  The Contest will be held at Longview High School stadium on October, 31st.  Admission to this contest is $3.
