The Chapel Hill Cross Country teams ran at the Pine Tree meet Saturday.  Our varsity boys finished 9th out of 24 teams.  Isai Leon medaled, he ran an 18:47 and finished 12th out of 113 runners.  Joseph Miller finished 28th, Carlos Flores 38th, Garrett Herring 49th, and Gadiel Leon 51st.  Our JV boys finished 10th out of 24 teams.  Gustavo Mora medaled finishing 8th out of 192 runners. Ethan Holder 41st, Hayden Walls 65th, Christian Lopez 70th, Matt Turner 71st, and Gio Oliva 74th.Our varsity girls team finished 17th out of 42 teams.   Kendol Pitts medaled and finished 12th out of 153 runners. Key’era Quezada 33rd, Esmeralda Macias 78th, Emily Henry 92nd, and Alanta Speer 95th.
