On October 3rd, Chapel Hill hosted the UIL Twirling Solo and Ensemble
The first ensemble consisted of Katelynn Dawn, Breanna Finley, Alexis Wells, and Heather Crist performed to “Show Me How You Burlesque.” With this performance they made a Division 1 score and advanced to state.
The second ensemble included Adely Zavala, Kaleigh McKelvey, and Cheyanne Herring performed to “Seven Nation Army.” The girls made a Division 1 score, and advanced to state as well.
Soloists Alexis Wells, Thalia Johnson, and Adely Zavala made Division 2. Katelynn Dawn will be advancing to state with her Division 1 score.
Chapel Hill state qualifiers will be competing in May 2017 in Pflugerville.
